If you receive your items and are unhappy with them for any reason you can simply request a refund. Email us at email@example.com with the following information:
- Order number
- Approximate date of purchase
- Full shipping address
- Return or exchange? If exchange, please include your desired color and size
- Product condition: Opened or unopened?
- Reason for return (wrong product delivered, incorrect product received or ordered, billing issue, other)

Once your return/exchange is approved, you will receive a response from the team.
Package your return items and the approval letter – returns without approval letter will not be accepted
We do not provide return shipping labels at this time.
Please allow up to 5 business days for your return to be processed once it has been received by our warehouse. Refunds/exchange orders are completed shortly after processing. Allow 1-2 business days for the credit to appear on your statement. Standard ground shipping will be used to send you your exchange order.
